Offers

We offer seminars, counseling and consultancy, all in consultation with you relating to form and content. We work on the basis of communication pedagogy, using creative methods from drama, music, paint, motion and healing elements with more than 10 years of professional experience.

Participation and community

Group processes – How to work equally-based
A group has a personality and a psyche – just as an individual. In groups it is essential to consider emotional, contentual and structural aspects which may be hidden and to support the development of the individuals AND the group. How do we support the involvement of everybody? What methods are suitable? How do we communicate openly? What does an appreciating attitude imply? How do we handle challenges and difficulties in a constructive manner? What role plays the individual in the group?

Free self-expression
Working with body, voice and the speech facilitate the discovery and development of self-expression and the access to one's own creative power; rest, abidance and games enable to be aware of one's own space; creative methods from visual arts, drama and music support self-confidence, the appreciation of one's self and the others and open new spaces beyond the previous situation. The work on issues is experienced emotionally and thus memorized sustainably.

Participatory project management - From the individual vision to joint realization
Participatory project management (PPM) means to accomplish projects in a way that everybody is involved from the beginning. The free flow of creativity, involvement and cooperation is supported - from vision to realization. PPM means always a change of culture: Transparency, involvement and confidence is practiced in the group. How do I build a project? What attitude and principles needs PPM? What methods are suitable? What role plays communication? How does this work in international work? What barriers and conflicts could arise and how do we handle them?

Guiding participatory processes
Guiding means to create, preserve and keep clear a space for encounter: Participatory processes are about giving impetus for self-monitoring without hierarchy, ask questions instead of giving answers, concentrate powers and intervene process-orientated. This means concentration and orientation towards the group and its process, clearance about one's own mental state and the preservation of the principles of this manner to work. What means guidance in participatory processes? How do I facilitate self-responsibility and cooperation? Where are the limits? Where do I put structure, where do I leave it?

Methods of communication

- Radio: Self-made radio programs: Conception (format, logic, content, structure of broadcasts), articulate language, presentation with the microphone. Podcasts.
- Debate: The debate is a specific form to prepare decisions communicatively. Besides the format you learn the basics of classic elocution: to speak freely in discourse and conversation, to argue, to listen, to prepare one’s self, to make a decision.
Rhetorical issues:
- body and voice/speech
- lecture/presentation
- negotiation
- argumentation and listening
- clarification of conflicts
- art of speech – Voice and speech on stage
- speaking in media
- How to give feed-back? – Clear and candid communication

Creative Coaching / Supervision

We assist the work in and with groups. Various ways are possible: from individual work to supervision. We work holistically with coaching and communication-pedagogy methods as well as healing/shamanic elements. We don’t give solutions, but support self-clearance and offer creative methods for the pervasion of concerns, the experience of one’s own potential and the following steps.

Project assistance

We advice in planning and accomplishment of participatory, intercultural or/and transformation-aimed projects.
We offer:
- Advice by phone
- input / issue specific seminars
- process assistance “live” (respective analysis, planning, implementation and assessment)

Certificate of competences for young people

“Uncovering competences”. In projects, youth show manifold competences: organization skills, knowledge of methods, communication, self-monitoring, creativity, power of endurance and much more. They don’t experience appreciation oftentimes. Participants of projects may acquire a certificate of cultural or international competences (supported by BMFSFJ). The competences shown and developed are highlighted together with the youth based on a project profile as well as assistance, feedback and conversations.
